Thanks to the Mountain Playhouse in Jennerstown which will open its 72nd season with the Johnny Cash musical "Ring of Fire."
The first of a planned five-production season, "Ring of Fire" will run July 19 to Aug. 7.
Lawrence Tobias, who recently starred in a successful run of the show
at another theater, will direct the Mountain Playhouse production.
Mountain Playhouse producer Teresa Stoughton Marafin still is working
on the four additional productions for the 2011 season, which will run
through mid-October. The complete season will be announced early in
2011.
