| | Dr. Ian Clarke Ian address a rally Mubaraka zone on Thursaday | By Andrew Ssenyonga ASPIRING Makindye LCIII chairperson, Dr. Ian Clarke Busuulwa, has pledged free medication for all people in Makindye Division. Clarke, who is the proprietor of International Hospital Kampala (IHK), an upscale hospital, told residents of Nabisaru Zone that he was going to set up a day for residents to get free medical services at his facility. "This is my place; a true leader has to tackle issues that hurt the residents. People of Nabisaru are poor and live in a congested slum so they need improved health services," Clarke said. "I decided to join politics to improve on how things are done." Clarke said on number times, residents have complained of accidents, poor drainage system and poor healthy facilities. "As citizen I have tried to work on some of those problems. Now what I ask you my supporters send me to the division I will do more than what I have done before," he said.
