In another annoucement today at CES 2011, Motorola and T-Mobile USA introduced upcoming Motorola CLIQ 2 with MOTOBLUR. The 3.7-inch touchscreen smartphone comes with a four-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard that allows easy typing.
Just like the previously announced Motorola ATRIX 4G, the CLIQ 2 3G smartphone will also be powered by Google Android 2.2 Froyo. Features include a 1GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, geo tagging, and a dual LED flash, 1GB of built-in memory, microSD card slot for up to 32GB of total storage, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, Wi-Fi, Adobe Flash Player and DLNA, allowing users to stream and share content on other DLNA-enabled devices.The CLIQ 2 also has Wi-Fi calling capabilities, which allow users to make calls over work or home wireless networks and 3G mobile hotspot support.
T-Mobile USA will start selling the Motorola CLIQ 2 Android smartphone in a titanium hue with a smoke gray finish starting January 19. The price was not revealed.
